F rances Osotekun is a seasoned Finance professional, with an indept knowledge of Business Planning, Financial Analysis and Treasury Management.
Frances began her career in MTN Nigeria Communications Limited (MTNN) and rose to the management role of Financial Analysis Manager with the Finance Division. She worked in MTNN, the leading Telecommunications Company for over a decade.
She was actively involved with tactical strategy formulation and implementation, leading her team in the design and implementation of the new MTNN Value Creation Model. This model was designed to drive Shareholder value in the long term in order to ensure business profitability and continuity. Ensuring stakeholder buy-in at Divisional and Regional levels.
Her role in MTNN also involved strategic decision making in relation to Commercial evaluation of Capital Investments and appraisal of new businesses opportunities. This was carried out with a view to guide C-level executives in key decision making.
Frances Osotekun is an Accounting graduate from the University of Benin City and a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria. She exited MTNN in 2014 and is currently working on a Master’s degree program in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
She has a passion for the less privileged of the society and partners informally with a group of like minds to touch lives.
