M arcellina Iluke is a Human Resource Professional with over 21 years of work experience spread across various HR functions including but not restricted to HR structuring and restructuring, development of company HR policies as well as Human Capital Management, Strategic HR Management, Change Management, Manpower Planning, HR Budgeting, Talent Acquisition and retention, Training and Development.
She's passionate about transforming people management systems and practices, and she's done this in several industry sectors. Her most recent engagement was heading the Human Resources division at Jagal Pharma Limited. Among many of her accomplishments at the establishment was structuring a performance management process and also setting up procurement policies and was part of the team that setup an ERP system for the company.
Marcellina is also passionate about building HR systems that guarantee organizational effectiveness utilizing cutting-edge people management strategies.
She started her career in 1994 as an Admin Officer with a construction company in Lagos, where she managed all Human Resources and Admin related issues. She joined KPMG Professional Services in 2003 and worked in the Practice Management Division where she acquired excellent experience in people management before moving to Jagal Pharma Limited.
Marcellina has an MBA from the University of Calabar and a Post Graduate Diploma from Lagos State University. She is an Associate and a Licensed HR Professional of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. She has attended and participated in various HR workshops, trainings and conferences, including the IIR Middle East HR Leaders in Africa Conference, SHRM Workshop in Lagos and the HR Summit Africa among others.
