O vota has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, and Change Management.

Her experience includes Heading the Human Resource Departments for various companies. Heading the Corporate Services Departments for companies. Heading the Brand Management Department, Community Relations, External Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility Departments during her career. She has worked in Notore Chemical Industries Ltd, Leadbank Plc, Accenture (Andersen Consulting), Praxis Nigeria Ltd., Continental Merchant Bank, KTBB/ KNUE Radio Station, Tyler, Texas, U.S.A.

Her capabilities include program design and facilitation of various programs including but not limited to Presentation skills, Team Work, Coaching and Mentoring Skills, Business Writing, Diversity and Culture, and Customer Service.

Ovota provides consulting services to various companies on Human Resources, Recruitment and Workforce Development. She received certification for Management Development Program and Feelings for Professional (Customer Service Program) which she is currently facilitating for a bank.
