W ith over ten years’ experience, Samuel Omole brings an in depth understanding of Human Resource Strategies, Financial Services, Business Advisory Services and Training Facilitation. Sam is presently a part- time lecturer with the Enterprise Development Centre of the Lagos Business School and a frequent guest at prominent business radio shows. He is the senior consultant at Wiseplanner Consulting where he heads a competent team and works closely with business owners to plan, analyse and implement appropriate solutions.

Sam is a Qualified Accountant with good knowledge in organisational development. He has the unique ability to understand how predictive models can be used in decision strategies to transform analytics into customer treatments that help organisations grow profitably in a controlled environment. He also has a deep understanding of analysing client data and external data clients can be confident they have a good foundation for their decisions.

He is a specialist in marketing, business and operational transformation with a focus on delivering sustainable competitive advantage and profitability. Sam was instrumental and held key roles in the making of the financial department retreat for the Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigerian power local content bill and the International Energy Insurance business plan. He has also facilitated courses in speaking engagements with financial institutions such as Access bank, First City Monument Bank (FCMB), First bank and non-financial institutions such as Dufil (Indomie), Edo State Skills Development Programme (2018).

Sam is an expert in business advisory services with many years of working with small and medium scale enterprises to help them grow profitably. He is currently a principal partner and senior consultant at Wiseplanner consulting which offers quality services, such as Business Advisory, Financial Services, Human Resources, Organizational Development, training and Development, Investment Appraisal, Strategy Management and retreat. He is a lecturer and member of advisory board for SMEs at Entrepreneurial Development Centre (EDC) of Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.
